Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and maya777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms apply to every interaction you have with maya777, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), participation in sports betting markets, use of live casino tables, play on slot games, and use of crash game products including Slide and Hi-Lo.

maya777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The most recent version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the maya777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the maya777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
3. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes.
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where your participation would be unlawful.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the maya777 platform or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not acting on behalf of any other individual and are not using funds that belong to a third party.

maya777 employs National ID (NID) verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process to confirm eligibility. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay as applicable) net of any bonus funds received, and any winnings will be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on maya777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If maya777 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching NID, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances consolidated or forfeited at the platform's discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. maya777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. To complete KYC, players must submit a clear photograph or scan of their Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, a selfie holding the NID, and — where required — proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the matching mobile number). Documents must be submitted in English or include an English-language certified translation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on maya777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). maya777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International payment options including Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your bank's policies. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. maya777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests above ৳20,000.

Deposits must not be made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on maya777.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise are as follows:

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on maya777 sports markets and all wagers placed on casino and crash game products are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. maya777 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

Sports Betting: Cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC bilateral series are governed by the specific market rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, the following general rules apply: if fewer than the minimum required overs have been bowled (as specified per market), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets accepted after an event outcome is known due to a data feed delay will be voided.

Casino Games: All casino games on maya777 — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified studios — use certified random number generation (RNG). Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on maya777. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
3. Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
4. Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or miscalculated odds in the platform's systems. Any such exploits must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so may result in account closure.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing coordination, or sharing of insider information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
6. Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
7. Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your account.
8. Accessing or attempting to access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward maya777 staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

maya777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
4. Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit transaction.
5. Player request — accounts may be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting support@maya777.
6. Activation of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-returnable upon closure.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily due to responsible gaming concerns should use the self-exclusion tools available in their account dashboard or contact the support team directly.
